Welcome!
Let’s begin by discussing what you are looking for from a therapist and what you hope to gain from treatment. If we schedule a consultation call, we can determine whether we both feel we might work well together. If we do, we’ll begin therapy by first assessing your presenting concerns, naming strengths, and identifying your current coping strategies. I will gather information about your history, what you have already tried to address the presenting concern, and discuss our shared expectations so that you can be proactively involved in the therapeutic process. Through therapy, I will provide supportive guidance, evidence-based tools, and share relevant resources tailored to help you meet your goals and achieve greater self-awareness and satisfaction in your life.
In addition to treating the range of mood disorders, such as anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder, I also offer specific counseling options for the treatment of eating disorders. One of my other passions as a therapist is working with new parents to support them during the unique post-partum time period.
In all facets of my work, I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where people of all cultural backgrounds, races, abilities, and gender-identities feel safe, valued, and supported.
